HOW TO

Connect to PG&E

STEP 1 - Log in to your PG&E account on www.pge.com

STEP 2 - Click on the tab “YOUR ACCOUNT” and select ‘Share My Data Program’

STEP 3 - Allow 3rd-party access by clicking “Authorize Now”

STEP 4 - Select “Lightapp” and click “Next”.

STEP 5 - You will be redirected to login into lightapp. Use your Zira username and password to login.

STEP 6 - The meters will automatically start streaming into your PGE channels.

STEP 7 - select the option “Allow access to data” and click submit
